Physical Islamic Books

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged or defective.
• An incorrect book was delivered.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Include original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used books
• Customized or special-order products
• Discounted or clearance items
• Digital products and eBooks

eBooks and Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all eBook purchases are considered final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available once:

• The eBook has been downloaded.
• Access to the digital content has been granted.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged packaging
• Photos of the product
